SPF number is refers the sun protection factor. Its block UVB rays that can cause sunburns. The higher the SPF number is giving the higher the protection of the sun burning. The number shows the length of time your skin will be protected from sun burning. SPF, that is, 30 * 3 (if the SPF is 30) = 90 minutes of sun protection.
